Danette Boone
Danette Boone is Founder and CEO of D. Boone & Associates. The mission of D. Boone and Associates is to educate, inspire and empower through imparting knowledge, for Knowledge is Power. Ms. Boone’s sole purpose and passion is helping others reach their next level. She believes that everyone has a purpose in this life and that to know your purpose you must begin to live “on purpose”.
As Principal Consultant, Ms. Boone is a certified trainer on women’s wellness topics that focus on the mind, body and spirit connection. Her sessions have been created to empower women of all ages regarding emotional, mental and spiritual health. Her current workshop series includes topics such as Women and Leadership, The Superwoman Syndrome, Building Sisterhood, Emotional Wellness for Women and Caregiving 101.
Ms. Boone is also a certified trainer with the National Medicare Training Program through the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
In addition to being a professional speaker, trainer and consultant, Ms. Boone has co-authored four books Emotional Wellness for Women, Vol. II (PWN 2008), The Baby Boomer’s Handbook for Women (PWN 2008), Wellness for the African-American Woman (PWN 2009) and Life Skills for the African-American Woman (PWN 2009).
With an extensive twenty year background in Management, Finance as well as Sales, Ms. Boone has obtained Bachelors degrees in Business Management and Accounting, and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management.
Ms. Boone is a member of The Professional Woman Network where she currently sits on the International Advisory Board. Other memberships include the National Association of Female Executives, Toastmasters International and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
Ms. Boone is available to facilitate workshops and seminars for churches, corporations, women’s groups, community centers, senior centers and any other organization that needs her services. She is also available for keynote speaking.
